Quarterly Operational Risk Training

At Myanmar Citizens Bank Limited (37th Road – Head Office), the Operational Risk Team conducted online training on the monthly reports regularly requested from branches for Operational In-charges (OIs) and Tellers serving at the branches on 15.1.2026.
The objectives of the training were as follows:

  • To have practices for responsible persons at branches to carefully check the quality of CCTVs installed at branches and ensure they are working well.
  • To comply with the requirement to submit incident reports promptly if abnormal incidents occur during daily banking operations at the branches.
  • Not only to complete checklists and reports, which must be regularly reviewed, but also to comply with them in practice.
  • To systematically handle vault keys, keep them, and hand them over by the branch staff.
