Incident Reporting Online Training

On 6 November 2025, the relevant Risk Manager from the Operational Risk Team, under the Integrated Risk and Compliance Department, conducted an online training for departments and branches of the Head Office on key requirements and procedures related to Incident Reporting.
The purposes of the training were as follows:

  • To ensure that all employees in the Bank’s departments and branches report any unusual events promptly to the Operational Risk Team in accordance with the Incident Reporting Guideline.
  • To provide clear understanding of the Incident Reporting channels for submitting Incident Reports.
  • To ensure that, in the event of an incident, the relevant Head Office departments are notified in a timely manner so that necessary assistance can be provided promptly.
  • To enable the Bank to take preventive measures to avoid the recurrence of similar incidents in the future.
  • To prevent any failure or intentional omission in incident reporting.

Training on Incident Reporting is regularly conducted by the Operational Risk Team.
