New Joiners Training (February)

On 26.2.2026, the Operational Risk Team conducted in-person training at Myanmar Citizens Bank Limited (Head Office – Sule) for new joiners, Customer Service Associates (CSAs) and Tellers. The training covered the nature of operational risk, the CEO Circulars on operational risk, the importance of incident reporting, and the dos and don’ts of daily banking operations.
The objectives of the training were:

  • To understand the nature of operational risk and the governance structure.
  • To strictly comply with the CEO’s Circulars related to operational risk.
  • To understand the requirement to submit incident reports promptly if abnormal incidents occur during daily banking operations.
  • To strictly follow established operational procedures.
  • To systematically perform the duties of vault key holders at branches and properly manage the handover of vault keys.
  • To ensure employees behave in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
