On 11 December 2025, the Operational Risk Team conducted an Operational Risk Awareness Training for new joiners, 2ICs, Operations In-Charges, Customer Service Associates, and Tellers, at the Head Office of Myanmar Citizens Bank Public Company Limited (Sule).
The training provided participants with knowledge and awareness of internal operational risk instructions, compliance requirements, key operational risk areas to avoid, and reports regularly requested by the Operational Risk Team.
