On 19.1.2026, the Risk Managers conducted in-person training at Myanmar Citizens Bank Limited (Sule Branch) for new joiners, including Branch Managers, Second In-Charges, Customer Service Associates (CSAs), and Tellers. The training covered CEO Circulars on operational risk management, compliance matters, the dos and don’ts of daily banking operations, and the reports required by the Operational Risk Team.
