Job Description
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and performance.
Lead and facilitate organizational change efforts by developing change management plans.
Develop comprehensive training programs, including curriculum, instructional materials, and delivery methods, based on identified needs and organizational goals.
Conduct organizational assessments, survey and diagnose issues related to structure, processes, and employee engagement.
Recommend and implement interventions to improve overall organization health.
Conduct thorough assessments to identify training and development needs across different levels and departments within the bank.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, using based on training need analysis, training matrix and organization competencies requirement.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the training data base, ensuring it effectively supports training initiatives, tracks employee progress, and provides accessible learning resources.
Collaborate with external training providers or consultants to leverage their expertise and resources when necessary, ensuring alignment with bank’s objectives and quality standards.
Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback, and analyzing data to measure learning outcomes and make improvements.
Create and implement career development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies, aligning with the bank’s talent management strategies.
Ensure employees are well-informed and compliant with industry regulations, providing targeted training programs to meet regulatory requirements.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, promoting self-directed learning and providing resources for employees to enhance their professional growth.
Develop and manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and monitoring expenditures.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager or similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
Understand in organizational development and change management
Understand training methods, tools, e-learning platform and familiarity of LMS is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.
Excellent personality with positive mind set
Proficiency in business English, MS Word, Excel and Power Point
