How to register MCB Retail Internet banking/ Business Internet Banking?

Any customer with an account at MCB can request for registration for MCB Internet Banking.

2FA Application is used for safety assurance in using MCB Internet Banking.

Customer needs to download MCB Authentication (2FA Application) from Google Play Store or Apple Store and Huawei Gallery .

Frequently Asked Questions

Retail Internet Banking is for individual use and Business Internet Banking is for businesses/institutions.
It cannot be used with mobile application currently. However, it is possible to use with Internet browser of mobile phone.
It is needed in logging in to Retail and Business Internet Banking and in transferring funds to other accounts at MCB.
They can apply for and use Retail Internet Banking. Customers can set different PINs (passwords) they prefer for Mobile and Internet Banking.
Please visit our bank with necessary documents in applying for company account. Assign users shall have to apply with the approval of BOD or CEO.
Customer may enjoy new functions such as block/unblock Co-brand debit cards, check the card transactions, change PIN number (password) of the card, without going to ATM and disconnect the card with the account.
The bank will send SMSs to customer’s phone number.
Customers may use Online or Offline as they prefer. Offline OTP will provide 8 digits and customer has to use that OTP within 2 minutes.
Customer can download it at Google Play Store or Apple Store.
