Digital Operation Support Associate

Job Descriptions

  • Support the daily operations of digital banking channels, including Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Agency Banking, and Digital Wallet services.
  • Process customer and agent maintenance requests, including Customer ID/Agent ID linkage and de-linkage, profile updates, and account-related changes.
  • Handle Mobile Banking and Internet Banking limit increase requests and profile maintenance activities in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Perform reconciliation and settlement of digital banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve transaction disputes, customer complaints, and operational issues related to digital banking services.
  • Monitor transaction activities and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operation of digital channels.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and regulatory reports as required by management and regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide operational support to branches, agents, and business units regarding digital banking products and services.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to Agency Banking Agents and Parent Branch staff through periodic field visits.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation of new digital banking products, services, and enhancements.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management in support of departmental and organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience or exposure to Digital Banking, Banking Operations, Payment Operations, or Financial
    Services will be an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Agency Banking, and Digital Payment Systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
