Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking)
Duties & Responsibilities
Identify and prospect customers through market segmentation with a focus on an industry and/or sub-segment
Find new loan customers for commercial business by networking and marketing activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to provide quality service
Respond to client queries relating to loan, products and operational issues
Conduct due diligence and compliance reviews for credit customer in lie with internal and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate an understanding of customers’ business needs as well as an ability to generate tailored advice, ideas and financial solutions.
Cross-sell products and service with the objective of achieving customers’ financial objectives.
Develop credit proposals and submit credit presentations for approval.
Inspect customers’ business situation/condition and evaluate the collateral.
Prepare loan file and send loan proposal to credit underwriting department for recommendation & approval.
Responsible to do collection activities in timely manner and ensure to provide quality loan.
Advise customers for the lending requirement and collect require document.
Support underwriting department to meet underwriting aspect and meet the TAT in order to disburse the loan to the customer.
Review and analyze financial statement and advise the prepaid and advice the financial solution & products such as the deposit, loan, bank product etc.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business/Finance/ Accounting
MBA is preferable
Minimum 2 years of working experience.
Proficiency in MS word, excel and power point
Good personality and excellent communicator
Understanding credit parameter and able to do credit assessment & financial analysis.
