MCB provides payroll service that allows using ATM cards and promises you managing the salaries of employees accurately and on timely manner.

  1. The company has to send a confirmation letter of assigning two responsible people to contact and an email address in company letterhead in crediting salaries to employees’ accounts at the bank.
  2. The company needs to send the opening forms and a schedule of individual employees’ facts needed for opening accounts along with the confirmation letters stating those facts are accurate. The company also has to send the request letter in letterhead for opening the accounts for employees in the list.
  3. Account can be opened with the initial deposit of MMK 10,000 and Excel File format can be asked for after opening process.

Automobile Hire Purchase is one of the pruduct for customers who want to pruchase cars with installment plan.   • Monthly installment should be one third of applicant’s income.

Home Loan Application Process

  • Initially make inquiries about Home Loan information such as available options, necessary documentations as well as relevant eligibility criteria in details by visiting the nearest branches (service touch points) and fill in the proposed amount in the application. (Counseling)* We welcome inquiries over the phone.
  • Collect and submit necessary documents and apply for the preferred property. The bank validates the information and documents provided by the applicant. (Document Collection – Verification)
  • Eligible borrower submits the application with all necessary documents to the bank after having the agreement with seller. (Loan Application)
  • When all disbursement conditions and documents are fulfilled, lending officer shall proceed the process in 2 weeks or 1 month to disburse the loan. (Loan Disbursement)
  • Home Loan agreements shall be signed, and borrower provides initial down-payment and charges to the bank. (Loan Agreement)
