To ensure accurate and timely reconciliation and settlement of financial transactions related to credit card activities.
Review and reconcile credit card transactions, comparing data from multiple sources such as bank statements, cards association reports, and internal systems.
Check proper pre-authorization, authorization, and settlement of all credit card transactions.
Respond to Contact Center and branches’ inquiries concerning Credit Cards.
Perform necessary support to Card Operations Department in the absence of other department personnel.
