Implement and maintain Microsoft server, Linux server banking system infrastructure to ensure 24/7 availability.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Physical devices, load balance resource and migrate.
Perform regular backup, recovery, and disaster recovery (DR) drills.
Patch management, system upgrades, and performance tuning.
Automate routine tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).
Prepare and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and audit reports.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in system administration/engineering, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
Hands-on experience with high availability (HA), Microservice, Cloud nature and DR solutions.
Familiarity with security standards and regulatory compliance.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work in on-call rotation and under pressure in a critical banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and deploy LAN, WAN, and wireless networks across branches and data centers, ensuring scalability and resilience.
Implement and manage secure network solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls, in compliance with ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and local banking regulations.
Monitor network traffic, respond to security incidents, and mitigate potential threats.
Provide Level 2/3 support, perform root cause analysis, and resolve complex network issues.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a network engineer, with at least 3 years in banking or financial services.
In-depth knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and other enterprise networking technologies.
Hands-on experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, SD-WAN, VLAN, and QoS.
Strong understanding of network security, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust principles.
