Key Responsibilities
Grow inbound remittance business by managing key local and international partners.
Ensure compliance with CBM regulations and internal policies.
Drive transaction volumes across branches; monitor KPIs and support branches to achieve targets.
Train branch teams on remittance products and processes.
Lead partner onboarding, due diligence, negotiations, and ongoing relationship management.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver partnership initiatives and resolve issues.
Implement campaigns and promotional activities to increase transactions.
Review partner and branch performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
Lead and develop the remittance team.
Support cross-functional and digital projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus).
5–7 years’ experience in banking/fintech/remittance.
Strong understanding of remittance operations, compliance, and CBM regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Strong commercial and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
Able to manage multiple projects independently; willing to travel.
Job Description
Sales, Marketing & Branch Drive: Achieve targets for MCB Visa Credit Card acquisition and usage; support sales campaigns through branches and external channels; identify high-potential customer segments.
Merchant Acquisition & Relationship Management: Source, vet, and onboard merchants for promotions and installment programs; maintain strong merchant relationships and drive joint marketing.
Credit Application Prep & Eligibility Vetting: Collect and verify documents, income, and credit history for HO Lead Cases; conduct preliminary screening to ensure alignment with Credit Policy.
Product Development & Enhancement: Contribute to reviewing and creating card products; recommend features, benefits, and pricing to keep offerings competitive.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s in Business, Banking, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–7 years in Banking/Financial Services, including 2–3 years in Credit Card leadership; 3–5 years in Sales, Marketing, or POS/Merchant Acquisition.
Strong knowledge of Credit Card products, Issuing & Acquiring, Fraud Management, and Card Network regulations.
Project Management, Digital Banking, or Risk Management certifications are a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
