Associate/ Senior Associate (For Department)

Job Descriptions

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Support internal and external communication through emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
  • Perform duties as assigned by the supervisor/ HOD.
  • Ensure documents and information are organized and handled confidentially.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the banking industry.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with degrees in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields are preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Able to use email and banking software applications effectively.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional attitude with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Willing to learn and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
