Relationship Officer/Manager (Deposit)

Job Description

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with individual and deposit clients.
  • Promote deposit products to existing and potential customers to meet monthly deposit targets.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand financial needs and provide appropriate deposit solutions.
  • Monitor deposit portfolio performance and prepare relevant reports for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors’ offerings, and customer insights.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements in all client dealings.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in deposit or related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of deposit products, banking procedures, and market dynamics.
