Relationship Manager (Deposit)

Job Description

  • Drive growth of Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) and Fixed Deposit (FD) portfolios.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell deposit and other banking products to existing and prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with branch teams, customers, and key stakeholders.
  • Support branches in customer acquisition, retention, and service quality improvement.
  • Monitor customer deposit trends and implement strategies to enhance portfolio growth and retention.
  • Initiate and execute campaigns to acquire new customers and expand the customer network.
  • Identify potential market segments and develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely processing of account opening and customer documentation.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales and portfolio growth targets.
  • Analyze performance data and adjust business strategies to meet KPIs and objectives.
  • Prepare regular sales, pipeline, and performance reports for management review.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration across branches and departments.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver professional, high-quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum experience in deposit mobilization, relationship management, sales, or banking operations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CASA, Fixed Deposit products, and retail banking services.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales and portfolio growth targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and develop customer acquisition strategies.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Professional attitude with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking-related systems.
