Auxiliary Applications Team Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Auxiliary Applications to lead the Bank’s auxiliary application portfolio, including AML, Remittance, Workflow, RPA, SharePoint, and other enterprise applications. The role is responsible for application ownership, product enhancement, vendor management, system integration, workflow automation, and ensuring reliable operation of business-critical applications that support the Bank’s digital and operational capabilities.

Job Description

  • Manage the lifecycle of auxiliary applications, including implementation, support, enhancements, upgrades, and retirement.
  • Own the product roadmap and continuous improvement of assigned applications to meet business and regulatory needs.
  • Lead workflow automation initiatives using SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, or similar technologies.
  • Design and coordinate integration between auxiliary applications, Core Banking, digital channels, and enterprise systems.
  • Lead integration testing, SIT, and production validation for new implementations and system changes.
  • Manage application vendors, service providers, and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Ensure application availability, performance, security, and operational stability.
  • Collaborate with business users, project teams, architecture, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver solutions.
  • Maintain application documentation, technical standards, and operational procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience managing enterprise or banking applications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with banking applications such as AML, Remittance, Trade Finance, Compliance, Workflow, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of application integration, REST APIs, middleware, databases, and enterprise architecture.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, or workflow automation platforms.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and application delivery.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, ITIL, change management, and release management.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
