Manager / Assistant Manager – Business Development (Card & Digital Banking Business)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to grow digital banking and card services.
  • Improve mobile/internet banking features and boost customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive digital sales and set/monitor sales targets for branches.
  • Act as Business Product Owner in defining product strategy and launching new services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, card associations (e.g., JCB), and vendors.
  • Plan and review marketing campaigns and measure performance.
  • Conduct competitor and market research for strategic insights.
  • Manage content for social media and website related to digital/card products.
  • Prepare sales reports and support ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital banking, card business, or related roles.
  • Solid understanding of digital banking platforms and card products.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Marketing knowledge is a plus.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
