Manager / Assistant Manager – Business Development (Card & Digital Banking Business)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to grow digital banking and card services.
- Improve mobile/internet banking features and boost customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Drive digital sales and set/monitor sales targets for branches.
- Act as Business Product Owner in defining product strategy and launching new services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, card associations (e.g., JCB), and vendors.
- Plan and review marketing campaigns and measure performance.
- Conduct competitor and market research for strategic insights.
- Manage content for social media and website related to digital/card products.
- Prepare sales reports and support ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital banking, card business, or related roles.
- Solid understanding of digital banking platforms and card products.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Marketing knowledge is a plus.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
