ချေးငွေလျှောက်ထားသူသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားဖြစ်၍မှတ်ပုံတင်ကိုင်ဆောင်ထား သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
အသက် (၂၀)နှစ်မှ (၆၀)နှစ်အတွင်းရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
လယ်ယာလုပ်ငန်း အမှန်တကယ်လုပ်ကိုင်သူဖြစ်ပြီး လယ်ယာမြေပိုင်ဆိုင်သူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
အရစ်ကျပေးဆပ်ရမည့်တန်ဖိုးသည် လျှောက်ထားသူ တစ်ရာသီစုစုပေါင်းဝင်ငွေ၏ နှစ်ပုံတစ်ပုံ အများဆုံးရှိရပါမည်။

ဝယ်ယူလိုသော စက်အမျိုးအစားကို ရွေးချယ်ပြီးလျှင် လိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများယူ၍ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားများဘဏ်သို့ လာရောက် စာချုပ်ချုပ်ဆိုပြီး Current A/C / Saving Deposit A/C ဖွင့်ရပါမည်။

ဘဏ်မှစာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး ပြည့်စုံအဆင်ပြေလျှင် Current A/C / Saving Deposit A/C ထဲသို့ ကနဦးသွင်းငွေများကို ထည့်သွင်းပေးရပါမည်။

Customer interested to purchase the automobile with installment plan visits the car showrooms of dealers linked with Myanmar Citizens Bank and make inquiries.
Customer makes contract with necessary documents and opens Current A/C at Myanmar Citizens Bank after choosing his/her preferred car.
Customer provides initial deposit into Current A/C upon the complete analysis of necessary documents by the bank.
